At The Garage Brewhouse and Pub, we’re building a kitchen team that takes pride in quality food and a positive working environment. We’re currently hiring Assistant Cooks and Dishwashing Staff to support our growing kitchen and contribute to the launch of our in-house restaurant, The Edsel Grill.

Job Description:
We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who are passionate about food, cleanliness, and teamwork. Whether you’re an experienced cook or looking for an entry-level role in a dynamic kitchen, we want to hear from you.

Assistant Cook Responsibilities:

  • Support the kitchen team in preparing ingredients and dishes.

  • Follow recipes and direction from senior kitchen staff.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

  • Help with plating, portioning, and kitchen organization.

Dishwasher Responsibilities:

  • Clean dishes, kitchen tools, and cooking equipment efficiently.

  • Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation tasks.

  • Support cooks with basic prep or kitchen duties when needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required for dishwashing roles.

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

  • Must have, or be willing to obtain, ProServe certification and Food Handling Safety certificate.

Compensation:
Hourly wage based on experience.
